I’ve always been fascinated with other countries and traveling, and I’m a real “people person.” I seek out opportunities to connect with others, especially when I’m traveling, whether in the US or abroad. For me, it’s the connections that make traveling most meaningful and the world seem a little smaller, somehow.

Born and raised in the glorious Blue Ridge Mountains of southern Pennsylvania, I grew up in a small farming community that has deep roots in Pennsylvania Dutch heritage. As a classically trained singer and long-time educator, I prioritize taking in the artistic and cultural offerings wherever I visit. I enjoy the iconic, touristy hot spots as much as anyone else, but I’m most known to adopt the “when in Rome” philosophy. Authentic experiences are at the heart of travel, and I can often be found chatting with the locals to get the inside scoop on the “real” must-dos and best eats. 

My consulting specialties are planning custom vacations, both domestic and international, for solo travelers, small groups, and multi-generational families. I have an affinity for women traveling together, and I regularly organize and lead ladies-only trips.

I make traveling a priority, for myself and my clients. As a professional in the travel industry, I channel my own global perspective and experiences into creating journeys that are meaningful, seamless, and uniquely you.

My husband and I live in South Carolina, just south of Charlotte, NC. We have three grown sons and spend as much time as possible in their company. In my rare downtime, I enjoy singing, attending live music and sporting events, cooking, reading, and playing Mahjong.
